Immediate: Paradise Point Yoga Invoices
Goal: make it easy for Reva to invoice Paradise Point after each yoga class, generate/send a polished PDF invoice automatically, and maintain a ledger of sent/paid/outstanding invoices.
Proposed v1: iPhone home-screen link → Google Form → Google Sheet ledger → PDF invoice → email to Paradise Point + copy Reva.
Possible accounting fork: the form can start with “Create/send new invoice” vs “Mark invoice as paid.” Invoice sent = accounts receivable; payment received = paid status/payment record.

Static-data thesis: most auditorium capability data is stable. Seat count, screen size, room identity, projection capabilities, sound system, and seating style are known quantities. The day-to-day labor is showtime-to-auditorium assignment and remodel/format changes.
